Please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare and ship your order. It will usually be the next working day, but there may be occasions when this is not possible.
All items are packaged securely, wrapped in bubble wrap or other protective methods. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive in peak condition. We only use carriers we trust to ship our goods. However, Angry Hedgehog is not responsible for the carriage and delivery of your item(s) - we have no control over how they are handled in transit.

Shipping within the UK is handled by Royal Mail. Special Delivery is free if your order exceeds a value of £180!
PLEASE NOTE: The pandemic has caused shipping companies to massively increase their prices, and goods are taking longer to reach their destinations. This is out of my control. I have had to raise shipping charges higher than normal. If I find I'm able to get a significantly cheaper rate than you pay, I will refund the difference! All goods are tracked, so you should be able to keep up to date with where your package is!
We use a number of shipping providers for packages which are shipped to destinations other than the UK, such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, UK Mail, FedEx and DHL. These providers are tried and tested, and we are comfortable that your goods will arrive safely. If you have any reason you would prefer us not to use a specific carrier, please email email@example.com as soon as possible providing this information. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to change the carrier. All international orders are fully tracked and you will receive the tracking number when your order is fulfilled.
Shipping should take 3-14 working days from dispatch (PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS SUSPENDED DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, THINGS WILL TAKE LONGER!). This time will vary by destination. International shipping is free if your order exceeds a value of £250!
All packages are fully insured and will be declared at their full value. We cannot mark items down in value or as gifts.
There may be situations (especially relating to small items such as pins and minifigures) where the shipping cost seems very high. It is very difficult to calculate shipping for different items in advance, and the Shopify platform doesn't differentiate between specific items with regards to shipping. As a result, I have to charge an amount which may end up being inaccurate. Please contact me using the Contact page if you wish me to double check a shipping rate. Should the actual shipping cost be significantly lower than what is charged, I will refund the difference.
